Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem. We understand that sometimes things simply don’t work out. You can cancel the project before the signing of the final quotation. However, given the nature of designing the home i.e. 2d drawings, we are unable to accept cancellations on designing fees. The Designing charges for drawings of your home is Non- refundable and the soft copies will be handed over to you at the time of cancellation of execution with us.
Terms & Conditions
| ✔ The work will be executed after clearing the full design fees. | ||||
| ✔ All work to be carried out as per the specification given by the architect. | ||||
| ✔ All the necessary permissions for executing work at site will be the clients responsibility. | ||||
| ✔ All necessary provisions like water, electricity, lift facility etc. for carrying out jobs shall be arrange by the client. If not will be charged extra as per standard rates. | ||||
| ✔ There should be a area given under client permission to dump the debris. | ||||
| ✔ Laminate selection- B.C – Rs. 100 per Sq.ft. If selection is greater than the amount then differences should be paid by the client. | ||||
| ✔ Rates are inclusive of local taxes. | ||||
| ✔ Any amendments / revisions or extra works to be carried out only after written confirmation given by the client. | ||||
| ✔ The quotation will be inclusive of Electrical fittings i.e. LED lights, Ceiling fans. | ||||
| ✔ The quotation will be exclusive of white goods. Will be added only after clients approval. | ||||
| ✔ The quotation is inclusive of Labour and material. | ||||
| ✔ The estimation will be approx. As per measurement ,the final bill should be considered. | ||||
| ✔ Wall tiles, Sanitary fittings and external plumbing fittings like tap, spout, diverters, showers, are not included in the quotation and will be added extra after clients approval. | ||||
| ✔ Any delay in payments may cause the project to complete it in the given date. | ||||
| ✔ Any holidays or festive occasions will not be calculated in the given completion date. |
